Philip Harris

Philip joined Evolve Law in January 2022 to head up the firm’s London office. With 6 years of experience in Conveyancing, Philip is well versed in all manner of transaction types, from simple sales to complex enfranchisement and leasehold advisory. He prides himself on his commercial sense, superb customer service and transaction management. When not at work Philip is a huge foodie and enjoys trying out all of London’s new restaurants.

The department Carly oversees has extensive knowledge of sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties (including shared equity and shared ownership), staircasing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy.

Outside of work, Carly loves the countryside, days out with family and dinners with friends.
